OverviewBy engaging Sorcha Meag Design, you agree to the following terms. These are in place to ensure a smooth and fair process for both client and designer:ServicesThis service includes logo and/or branding design as discussed prior to project commencement. Final deliverables will be provided in digital format (PNG and JPEG).PaymentA 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon final approval, prior to delivery of final files.Payment is accepted via PayPal.RevisionsProjects include 2 rounds of revisions to refine the chosen design.Additional revisions beyond this may incur an extra fee.Turnaround TimeInitial concepts are typically delivered within a few days to a week, depending on complexity. Timelines may vary slightly depending on communication and revisions.Client ResponsibilityClear communication and timely feedback are required to keep the project moving smoothly. Delays in response may affect turnaround time.RefundsDue to the time and creative effort involved, deposits are non-refundable.If the project is cancelled after work has commenced, no further refunds will be issued.Final FilesFinal high-resolution files will be delivered once full payment has been received. Preview files may be shared prior to final payment via Google Drive.Usage & PortfolioSorcha Meag Design retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and on social media. If you would prefer your project to remain private, this can be arranged for an additional fee.Credit is appreciated where possible when the design is shared publicly.ScopeThis service includes one initial concept. New concepts outside the original direction may require an additional fee.
